White - 10th Kyu
Yellow - 9th Kyu
4 months at previous rank
Orange - 8th Kyu
4 months at previous rank
Green - 7th Kyu
4 months at previous rank
Blue - 6th Kyu
4 months at previous rank
Purple - 5th Kyu
4 months at previous rank
Red - 4th Kyu
4 months at previous rank
Brown - 3rd Kyu
6 months at previous rank
Brown - 1 tip - 2nd Kyu
6 months at previous rank
Brown - 2 tip - 1st Kyu
6 months at previous rank
Black - Shodan to Judan
at discretion of instructor
You must have attended at least 90% of the classes for each level to advance. These
are only minimums and are not a guarantee for advancement to the next level.
Belts tests will be given at the discretion of the Chief Instructor.
There will be no make-up tests.
There is no cost for the belt test for those under Black Belt. ****
